Criticism is futile because it puts a person on the defensive and

usually makes him strive to justify himself. Criticism is dangerous,

because it wounds a person's precious pride, hurts his sense of

The number one rule is to never critize, Condem or complain.

The 2nd is to make a person want to do the thing you are requesting rather than simply demanding it.

The way you acheive that is to tend to their basic need of self importance.

You dont simply ask for what you want, but rather all the benefits of (what you want) and a simple path on how to obtain those great things.

Its getting the most out of the people under you by postive remarks instead of negative orders.
