You dont simply ask for what you want, but rather all the benefits of (what you want) and a simple path on how to obtain those great things. That is why Pete Carroll is a great leader, and why Gus Bradley follows in his footsteps with leadership style (Cheerleading as some haters will state it). Its getting the most out of the people under you by postive remarks instead of negative orders. |
