Players are no different then other people that you know or your children, they are going to disappoint at times. And some of those times will be more disappointing then others. The JB situation really hurts himself and his family more then anyone else, even beat writers, so why should he hold a grudge? The odds are against JB making it back, staying completely clean and becoming a very productive member of the Jags for a long time, but it's not impossible. Why shouldn't we root for JB to turn his life around, whether he makes it back on the field or not?
