Hi, Jaguars fans!     A battle of 14-4 teams as the AFC Champions New England Patriots seek to win their fourth Super Bowl Championship in their eighth appearance in the big game, as they play the defending Super Bowl Champions, and NFC Champions,  the Seattle Seahawks, in Super Bowl XLIX played in Arizona.

 

Both the Seahawks and Patriots are tied in the all-time regular season series at 8 games apiece. Patriots won the last meeting by the score of 24-23 played at CenturyLink Field in Seattle back on 10/12/12.  Patriots also outscored the Seahawks in the previous 16 meetings 321 points to 295.

 

Al Michaels and former Cincinnati Bengal receiver Cris Collinsworth are are announcing the live TV game commentary, along with sideline reporter and interviewer Michele Tafoya, for NBC Sports, which  is televising Super Bowl XLIX internationally, including locally in Jacksonville on WTLV NBC Channel 12, live on HD.

 

Sunny and clear skies at 67 degrees is the local game cast inside the University Of Phoenix Stadium, for the 3:30PM Eastern Standard Time kickoff, along with mild winds at 4 miles per hour.

 

Patriots are wearing their white jerseys and silver pants, while the Seahawks are wearing their navy blue   with lime green trim jerseys and pants.
