She has feelings and she feels insulted / belittled / etc., but she doesn't understand that certain words or certain phrases will insult someone? I'm genuinely curious because I see someone that isn't stupid, and she has presumably been told in the past that saying these things will likely achieve the reaction she posted about in this thread. Yet she continues to behave in a way or say things that insults people. 

 

Is she physically unable to stop herself or is she unable to learn which phrases are likely to solicit these responses?

 

Edit: Because if she can do both of these things, then I'd assume that she could, for the most part, carry on conversations without ever showing evidence of having AS (online).
