I'm not an official on AS I just have a friend since Jr High ( in the 80's) who is afflicted with AS and we are still close today...It seems the way things are worded make all the difference in the world... Just for example (and please don't anyone take this at face value, it's just the easiest way I can think of to demonstrate my point)...If I told my freind, "I kicked the cat accross the street" He would ask " did you kick a cat from one side of the steet to the other, or did you walk to the other side of the street and kick a cat on the other side?" That statement would confuse my freind and drive him absolutley crazy because he didn't understand...

 

AS as  I understand it, is mostly about logic...Everything must make sense to people with AS and be logical (in their mind) .
I can't believe you kick cats.
