I get that part of it, I'm just saying that people can learn to compensate for the linguistic issues in AS.  For example, she can learn to be more circumspect/suspicious when she reads or hears something that doesn't seem to be appropriate to the context.  She does seem to recognize those circumstances a lot of times.
