A Louisiana judge has ordered that Tom Benson must undergo a set of exams to determine his competency in handling his own affairs.
To me, this is sad sad news. I can still remember seeing him dancing with the Black and Gold umbrella shortly after New Orleans won their Super Bowl. Here's to hoping this man and his family find peace. <p style="margin-left:40px;">"...Civil District Judge Kern Reese issued the ruling Tuesday in a lawsuit filed by Benson's daughter Renee and her children, Rita and Ryan LeBlanc.
