Long story short, fans are basically speculating that Glenn will more than likely be the climax of this season's finish. He will be killed by Negan in a viscious way. However, this may or may not happen. Again, if you follow the comic story, it's possible the director of the show is pushing this away completely. For one, we all know Daryl has nothing to do with the actual story from the comic. Tyreese technically out lived his role from his ending in the Comic. In the comic, he actually dies by the hands of "The Governor" and that scene was opted out by the director with Herschel's death in his place instead. So it's per speculation at this point. And it can truly go either way. However, if Glenn were to die, it would send shockwaves throughout the fanbase who only know of TWD through the show on AMC and not the comic series.
