When you play in a division with JJ Watt and probably Leonard Williams (assuming TEN takes him instead of a QB), both of whom line up on the right side, you're damn right a RT is worth pick 3. When your defensive line had the 6th most sacks in the NFL but your offensive line gave up the MOST sacks in the NFL, you're damn right that RT is a much bigger need than Leo. And when a guy as ridiculously strong, quick, and technically sound like Brandon Scherff is available, who also was a zone blocker in college that fits our scheme, you take him in the top 10. Period.


Williams, Scherff, or bust. I know pick 3 seems like a bit of a reach -- but he's such a great fit and such an incredible athlete, and NO ONE will complain if he is keeping JJ Watt/whoever else out of Bortles's face and out of Denard's way. If Joeckel doesn't pan out then Scherff is EVERY bit as good of a prospect at LT as he was.
