1. TAM - QB J. Winston

2. TEN - DL L. Williams

3. JAC - One of the LEO's (Gregory, Ray, or Fowler Jr.)

Nobody will give Caldwell the time of day, much less a boat load of picks.  They know the Jags won't take Mariota, and the Jets can just wait. 

 

If anybody gets a boatload of picks, it will be Oakland from Philly.  The Eagles won't trade a bunch of picks and a future 1st rounder to the Redskins, who are in their division and at #5, just before the Jets pick at #6. If Philly pulls the trigger on the trade, it will be one pick before Washington, and just after us, so of course we miss out again.  Plus, Oakland is so starved for talent, they may take a little less than other teams to gain a few extra picks.

 

The best thing that can happen for the Jags is the Titans fake just enough interest in Mariota that Philly trades up to #2 to get him, which leaves Williams for us, or a possible trade for multiple picks if another team wants Williams badly enough.  And that still wouldn't be ideal, because the Titans are in our division and they would now be loaded with picks and another future 1st rounder.
