Chargers to remain in San Diego for the 2015 season

Based on what was mentioned by LA Radio Host Fred Roggin which I'll provide in the link below, San Diego Chargers fans have plenty to be concerned about.

A major obstacle for the Raiders to get a new stadium in Oakland is the cost factor. Especially, since the Davis' aren't as wealthy as most NFL owners. The decision by Oakland could easily come down to a stadium for the Raiders vs. a stadium for the A's. It doesn't seem like the Davis' want to be the 2nd team in the 49ers stadium in Santa Clara. It's possible another community in the SF-Oak. Bay area will step up in getting a stadium built for the Raiders. But I'm not aware of any specific discussions for this to become a reality.

When all of the dust settles, the NFL might take the approach that because there's a team in the SF-Oak-San Jose Area ( 49ers ), it would be better if that area had only one team than if St. Louis and/ or San Diego didn't have a team. Of course that's a horrible scenario for Oakland Raiders fans but it's a scenario that seems like a realistic possibility.

I think you may find this interesting D6. Apparently the Chargers and Raiders are currently exploring a joint stadium venture for a 1.7 billion dollar privately funded stadium in Carson, CA which is 15 miles outside of LA. Also apparently they have already purchased the land for the stadium.
