Edit;  if it was 3 to 10, 2015 picks would be good....but 17 spots is a huge drop from where you are.

 

I also don't see any way the Eagles actually do this.
You realize that with all those picks, it allows us to trade back into the 1st round and grab another player?

 

We could end up taking a number of really good players with 14 picks or we make a bunch of trades to move around and take players they know they like.
