Jaguars to spend in 2014 NFL free agency?

Quote:Please don't compare Dave Caldwell to Gene Smith. In just 6 months the differences are vast. not sure if serious....but above seems reasonable. However, its all about results. Method of reaching those results don't matter as much if the ultimate outcome same. Also as bad as Gene was - you actually have to give him the nod on trades.....he was able to get a 5th for Mike Thomas - who was not only overpaid and still sucked but was also a player that didn't play a premium position and also was originally drfated in the 4th round. Caldwell could only get a 4th + a 5th for a player that played premium position, was drafted in the top 10, and by most accounts was seen as a pretty good player around the league.
