I've been looking for the London Calling challenges article this morning. Basically the reader's digest version:

1. Passports are a problem for participating overseas more so for the "permanent" team. Basically everyone you want to be available on game day would need to have theirs.

2. You have to have a US base of operations to conduct workouts and manage your participation in the draft and any other team type functions.

Would the Jaguars possibly play 2 home games or up to 3 in London? Maybe that will be the direction they take. Jacksonville would end up being the "home" base in that scenario. But really it is a non-issue at this point because the fan support has been good for an 0-8 team.
