Eagles, Jets, Bills needs a QB.  Browns too maybe?  If this is perceived as a 3 person draft with the 2 QBs and Williams, that really helps the Jags.  If Dave doesn't get too greedy, he could have a deal already in his pocket on draft day, contingent on Mariota being there at #3.  If Williams is there, Dave has to take him.  If not, I'd be fine with a package of picks.  I'm never comfortable spending a high pick on a pass rusher.  So many of them turn out to be..Derrick Harvey. 

Dave has done well finding value in the middle rounds.  I wouldn't mind trading down and stockpiling picks.  Dave seems to know when to pull out the extra ammo, like last year when he moved up to get Linder after a run on Guards thinned the list of starter-quality players available.
