I can see all sorts of reasons to get excited about the possibility of signing Suh, but then again, I keep thinking, is this the way New England built their team? No.
Has breaking the bank for a free agent ever worked for anyone? I can't think of a case where it has. The emotional fan in me wants a shortcut to success, but logic says that building a great team takes time and patience (drafting). There just aren't any shortcuts. |
