GM's are judged by the production of the team they assemble. AT this point we'll get the pick of the QB class but it won't do much good if the rest of the team is a bunch of duds.

 

Picking this high in the next draft getting the QB should be a guarantee, Davids real ability to build a roster will show itself at almost every other position.
