Most and least believable rumors

This one is more believable than the Eagles rumor: The Browns want to trade up for Marcus Mariota. At #12, they don't have to give up as much. And unlike the Eagles, they actually do need a quarterback in the draft. However, I don't believe for one ssecond they will consider trading both first round picks to jump over the Jets. A first and a second is more likely.
