I'm glad you posted this,  as I thought the Dolphins had much more salary cap space than they do.   I'm surprised they have less cap space than the Lions.   Especially,  considering the composition of the Dolphins roster.

 

Based on the site you provided and a slightly more favorable one that I just looked at,   I agree with you that the Dolphins will have to get extremely creative to have a realistic chance at landing Ndamukong Suh.   The lack of a Florida state income tax potentially helps the Dolphins but they need much more than that.
