 The Dolphins have freed up a significant amount of salary cap space already and they seem to be trying to free up more salary cap space.

 

 If it's a pure bidding war,  Ndamukong Suh decides he will sign with the highest bidder,  and the Jaguars are willing to spend money that's in the stratosphere that even the top QB's haven't received from one contract,    the Dolphins can't compete with the Jags.   If the bidding doesn't get close to that level,   the Dolphins and many other teams have a realistic chance of landing Suh.
