Like so many football comparisons,  it's subjective.  I thought Charles Woodson played on a very high level for a number of seasons for the Packers.  Much like with Richard Sherman today,  if you threw the ball in his vicinity,   the likelihood of a bad outcome was high.    As much of a playmaker Sherman is today,  I would rank Charles Woodson as the best playmaking CB of the early part of the 21st Century.
