Suh is priority #1 because he doesn't need a scheme or a support cast.  

McCourty is a close second to Suh in my book. (if we're ranking priority of potential FAs)  Diminish him all you want - but he would make our secondary better immediately.  We've only seen competent play in tiny doses from Evans over the past two years.

 

 McCourty represents a major upgrade at a position opposing teams have schemed against/picked on in several losses for the Jags. 

 

Yes - Suh is a rare opportunity worth taking a big run at.  McCourty is right behind him because he's a top ten player at a position of dire need in a year with lots of question marks in the draft at FS.
