Having watched so much of Woodson during his tenure in Green Bay, I'd agree with him as the best playmaker at corner in the last decade. However, I think Sherman's playing making ability is great as well and can even be amplified considering how little he is actually thrown at. For Richard Sherman to have 24 interceptions in his four year career despite only being thrown at roughly once every 14 snaps is pretty incredible. That is far and away the most interceptions over that period of time with second place having 15 interceptions. I'd argue he's been the second best shutdown corner in the past decade, only behind Asomugha's ridiculous 3-4 year stretch with Oakland, and the best playmaking corner currently in the NFL.
