The following article from MLive caught my attention.   IMO,  it's on the wishful thinking side from the perspective of Lions beat writer Justin Rogers,  from the standpoint of expressing an opinion to the Lions fan base that reads his articles.   If a team like the Jaguars or Raiders offers Ndamukong Suh $ 70 million + in guaranteed money,  something they can afford to do,   most teams are not going to be able to match that offer.   So much depends on what Suh's criteria for a team is.   If money is clearly the # 1 factor and the Jaguars truly want him,   they have a pretty good chance of landing him.    With the lack of a state income tax in Florida a major positive from a Jaguars perspective.   Not just if they pursue Suh but with all FA's they have interest in:
