So we determined it would be better to do a rapid fire draft where GMs have a three minute window to make their selection. We would agree on a start date and time and get commitment 32 people can actually keep an appointment.


One of the big issues with last year's draft was that there were some participants who were, shall we say, absent from the event. I would need to have a vetting process to ensure this did not happen again. There were some who expressed interest in doing this last year whom I will contact directly. I will also be sending some invites to some of the more established posters on the board to see if there is an interest. And of course, I would open it up to others who express interest in taking part in this.


I hope to be able to finalize all rules, participants and order by April.

For what it's worth, I organized the draft last year (as I had done for the previous couple years). Jungle Cat was the one who ruined it. :/


3 minutes to make your selection is a bit hopeful. Getting 5 people to show up at the same time is a tall order, what you are suggesting pretty unrealistic considering we all live different places around the world and have individual schedules.


That being said I do always enjoy these (aside from last year) and would like to participate.
