If Edwards is asked to be primarily a 3 Technique DT in the NFL, I'm wondering what would be around the maximum weight he needs to be at to hold up well enough against the run and be effective as a pass rusher with the necessary NFL level development? It would seem likely that as a 3 Technique that's more than a situational pass rusher, he will have to gain at least some additional weight back. There is a difference between maximum and optimal. How much did he weigh during his best season? |
