What is this based on?

 

The Colts with Luck are 5-1 against the Jags (the first game being his only loss), and are averaging +18 points against the Jags. That's 3 scores. That's the average.

 

I think this opinion by some Jags fans is more of a false belief.
Also, people weren't too worried about playing Manning in his first three years. When fans think of Manning, they think of him in his prime, yet Luck and the current Colts haven't reached their prime (only 3 years) but are consistently compared to the all-time great Manning and the decade long dominant Colts.
