Caplan never said it was a certainty, just that the Jaguars would be a good fit.  People reading way too much into it.

That's the exact tweet that I quoted. The only teams competing for him right now are the Seahawks, Broncos (if they can work out a new deal), and then us. It will be tough to get a guy away from winning teams like Seattle and Denver, but as the old saying goes: "Money talks". And the Jags have plenty of it.
