Personally, I think Revis has very LITTLE leverage when it comes to $$.
The only what Revis can fit into the cap (with his market value of $15m) is to sign a long term contact which isn't going to happen. The Pats don't have room for a 1-2 year Revis Contract @ $15-$20m per year. They chose McCourty over Revis. http://overthecap.com/salary-cap/new-england-patriots/ |
