I really do wish Blackmon the best, but when he is given a pass on the first day of his suspension because of his abilities? ... I don't see why he would take it as seriously as he should.


 

It isn't hard to minimalize Blackmons transgressions by citing other players erroneous faults. It also leaves open the window to use Blackmons transgressions to minimalize the faults of those players to proceed him. Will there come a day when 31 other fan bases can say "At least he isn't Justin Blackmon"?

 

I get the desire to minimalize Blackmon's faults, but lessening them by pointing at past, or current players faults doesn't  fix his. So why do it?
