This is what the tea leaves are telling me..... LEO and RB both in the first round:

  11. MIN – SS Landon Collins

Cleveland has lots of holes and could use two first round picks, BUT they know Manziel was a mistake and they are going to be desperate for a franchise QB, especially with a new regime in place.  This is probably our best-case scenario now that Kelly says he won't trade up for Mariota.
