No agreement will allow their development of nuclear weapons and it's silly to assume that is even the case. More than likely it will involve selling them power/medical grade enriched Uranium. Along with that I am assuming they will agree to a moratorium on research into advancement for a period of time while further negotiations are carried out. You can't not talk to a country for a long time then all of sudden come to an agreement. Of course this all assumes that each party is negotiating in good faith. Is Iran? Who knows at our level but our congress has given the impression that they will not approve of ANY agreement at all regardless of the outcome. Bunch of little babies.
