the news actually made me feel a little bit sick, I know it's a huge over reaction but I'm just gutted as he looked good, stronger faster and everything deceived me to think he was turning a cornor.

 

If he was on any other roster in the nfl I think he would be cut, but this roster is so talent deficient we are clinging to a guy that has let us down three times .

 

Though I understand he is an addict i really wish we had done what the niners had done with aldon smith and forced him to deal with his issues and check into rehab last time even if it meant we didn't have him for a longer time this season.

 

Though the season is a wash so it doesn't matter say he comes back for 2014 gets good and we end up on a play off run or competing for the division in 2015 and then this happens again it could derail us totally.

 

I wish we could have the luxury of cutting him and it not mattering but it would sadly open up a hole in one of our sole positions of strength.

 

Just gutted.
