Cleveland has lots of holes and could use two first round picks, BUT they know Manziel was a mistake and they are going to be desperate for a franchise QB, especially with a new regime in place.  This is probably our best-case scenario now that Kelly says he won't trade up for Mariota.
I would be quite happy with this.
