Yeah, all indications suggest that the Titans will either pick Leonard Williams as a 5 Tech or take Marcus Mariota.

 

I think they will take Williams.

 

If the Browns really want Mariota they will have to trade with the Jags or with the Raiders.

 

The Redskins may take Mariota if there is no trade with the Raiders.

 

At this point I think the Browns trade with the Raiders at Pick 4.
