No solid reports, but some indications seem to be that the Vikings have possibly given up on Codarrelle Patterson.  They just brought in Mike Wallace and his big salary.

 

I think Patterson might be worth a mid-round pick to bring in as a returner.  He is obviously at his best with the ball in his hands and a threat to go the distance on any play.

 

How would you all feel about Caldwell going after him?  What round pick might be fair compensation?

 

Just an idea to bat around while waiting for the draft...
