Isolationism isn't feasible anymore tbh. But I agree we shouldn't be preemptively attacking because of a risk of an attack.


To be fair when Eric says isolationism, he means, nonintervention except when we are threatened. Not existentially but actually threatened.


For the most part I agree. Having forces literally everywhere in the world went stop terror attacks here. We are generally speaking, as safe as can be.
