Even if the Chargers were willing to make this trade,  I don't think that the Chargers # 1 in 2015 and # 1 in 2016 would be enough to satisfy the Jaguars.    The Chargers probably would have to add a 2nd Round pick in the trade,   with the possibility they would get back a Day 3 pick.
