Floor/ceiling is a comparative estimation of a guy's potential not a guarantee of their career. I'm not sure why this concept is confusing you. It is relatively simple.

Floor/Ceiling is obviously all a bunch of crap. Im sure Aaron Curry had a high floor/ high ceiling? What really matters in the end is what you do on the football field. So far for any WR on this team Hurns is on the top of the list
