Do you honestly know anyone that doesn't have ID? If you don't have enough money for one, you are probably on some sort of assistance, and you need ID for that. If they are the "working poor" then they will receive a pay check, how ever meager, and you'll need an ID to cash that check...
What in the Wide Wide World of Sports is agoin' on here???
