There were some good pieces there, enough to start with, given that a good QB was added to the roster. (I understand that you can't just shop for a QB at a supermarket), but that was his argument. That would've been a good rebuild, however, it appears that the rebuild has restarted once again with Caldwell, thus extending the entire rebuilding process.

 

The Jaguars have been at the lower tier of the NFL for so long that it leaves many to have the same opinion of the team. Lastly, there isn't much of a difference between a 2-win team and a 3-win team, correct? (2012 vs 2014) (Stated as an honest question and not as an insult or to be argumentative).

I hear you but look at teams like the Texans and Bills last year. They have way more talented rosters than that 2012 roster and only got to 9 wins with no qb. You really think a better qb was going to raise that roster up to a 12 win team? No o-line and no Wideouts. Brady and Rodgers would have been on IR by week 4. There just was no talent across the board and to be honest I'm glad Caldwell gutted that mess. Let's get some new blood in this team. No need to keep trotting the "old gang" back out there every week.
