To answer your question.  Yes.  I personally wouldn't care.  It's just a bad decision and I don't see how you base an entire evaluation on it. The policy is a bad policy if teams only care about if you broke the policy or not and care nothing about the actual policy.  The risk of suspensions is the deal breaker.  

 

So because its legal for anyone to smoke it in a few states, its dumb for the NFL to have that policy?  In the large majority of the states to this point, its illegal.  I'm never going to change your mind because when someone smokes, they smoke and any law against it they think is stupid....because it goes against what they want to do.

 

If I owned a business, I would not allow my employees to come to work high.  You and I both know work output would decrease significantly if someone was high while working.
