Hence, if draft picks are taken away from these teams in 2015, additional Compensatory picks would have to be added to get the Draft back to the 254 pick level.

Give the Browns picks to one AFC team (preferably the Jags) and the Falcons picks to one NFC team (preferably the Lions). Problem solved! :thumbsup:
