To me, that says that scouts/coaches/teams are looking for athletes first that they can train into football players. They aren't really worried about the prospects skill sets per se, because they can teach skills. What they cannot teach is how to be 6' 5" and run a sub 4.8 40. We as fans are always enamored with the success stories of guys who "just win" and all of that and I totally understand why that is, but I just can't shake the feeling that those types of players scare the [dirty word] out of teams.
