Who exactly could he have possibly thought anyone was talking about? Either he is the most dense individual in regards to whats going on in the middle east and watches absolutely no coverage of foreign affairs or he knew damn well what was being suggested.
That's very easy to say for someone versed in politics who spends their time talking about. It's also easier to try to vilify this guy if you pretend oh yeah sure EVERYONE knows what the kid meant even though he didn't actually say ISIS once which is how it's popularly referred in the MM
