I hear that referenced a lot, and I don't know how they support it. The State Court is open (usually) from 8-4pm. They're paying them a set wage. Unless you're factoring in a different aspect of it,then it's a set amount for their work. They have dozens, sometimes hundreds, of people coming through every day. If it costs $3,000 for their work, it isn't $3,000 per person. Maybe you're referring to something different?
