Rd. 3  Best free safety (Randall/Smith/Rollins)
 
I disagree. If Mariota is still there, I think there could be plenty of nice offers. The only factor that could screw it up is Oakland. Teams could wait until Oakland to trade up; unless they aren't into Carr.
