Whatever off the field incidents he had did not dissuade the Patriots or Broncos (two highly successful organizations), from signing him.

He had a ton of issues. At least two fights with teammates. Assaulted a cab driver and got an NFL suspension for it. Also got a four game PED suspension. The one you're speaking of involved him, his mom and his sister's boyfriend or husband. But charges were dropped due to lack of witnesses.

Great talent but a complete turd.
