The problem is these ridiculous county and city regulations or home owner associations. To be honest, I'm surprised you're against Home Owners Associations. Especially since they're very local, and you can always live in a neighborhood that doesn't have an HOA (though those are becoming fewer and far between). A couple of our neighbors wanted to start an HOA, and thankfully we have enough people who said... well I can't use that language here. But the last word was 'off'.
