He was a former top 5 pick and if you can get him and trust that he will produce at the Leo than you turn one first rounder into a whole lot more.
But Oregon had him in their system for three years and didn't have him rush the passer much.  They dropped him into coverage.

 

If he was that good at rushing the passer, why didn't Oregon have him rush the passer?

 

If he was that good at rushing the passer, why didn't the Dolphins start him?
